Patients can schedule appointments directly through the platform. You will receive notifications for upcoming appointments, and you can manage your availability and consult schedules easily within your account.

Yes! Through Heala Direct, you can accept consultations from patients outside your network, including those from various healthcare providers and HMOs that Heala serves. This expands your patient base and allows you to provide care to a broader audience.

Tests and medications are routed through our fulfillment network of partners, allowing patients to access competitive rates. Patients can choose to have medications delivered to their home or pick them up at a local pharmacy. For tests, they can opt for home sample collection or visit a partner facility. Once test results are available, they are shared with the doctor for further evaluation, and patients can schedule follow-up consultations to discuss their results and next steps in care.

As a healthcare provider on Heala Direct, you can set your own consultation pricing. Heala takes a small commission on each consultation, allowing you to retain the majority of your earnings while benefiting from our platform’s resources and patient reach. For consultations with patients outside your network, earnings operate on a fee-for-service structure. You have the flexibility to accept these consultations or focus solely on your private patients, enabling you to expand your earnings as you see fit. Doctors are paid on the 25th of each month, receiving net commissions and fees from their consultations.

If you have other doctors that you employ, you will need to use our Hospital Management Solution (HMS) instead of Heala Direct. Our HMS enables you to integrate and manage your entire team, allowing for seamless collaboration and coordination of patient care. This solution offers comprehensive resources and support, helping you provide quality healthcare while maintaining your existing professional relationships.
