Bastion HMO and Heala Tech Join Forces to Improve Healthcare Access and Delivery in Nigeria

Bastion HMO of Nigeria has partnered with Heala Tech to launch a new telemedicine service as part of its Health Reimagined initiative. The service aims to provide a more convenient way for enrolees to access medical consultations and other services. 

Through the service, members of Bastion HMO plans across Nigeria will be able to access over 200 doctors for same-day consultations from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, users can receive drug prescriptions delivered to their homes or offices and undergo recommended tests from home. 

The telemedicine services can be accessed through a simple widget on Bastion HMO’s website that allows you chat with a doctor in simple steps. 

According to a senior member of Bastion HMO, the initiative is aimed at “providing an easier and quicker way for our enrolees to access medical care.” The HMO’s partnership with Heala Tech is expected to improve access to healthcare services, especially for its enrolees.
