The prescription is received and processed, then connected to a pharmacy within our fulfillment network. The patient can then access their medication through pharmacy pickup or delivery, depending on the service arrangement. Where laboratory investigations are required, Fulfillment by Heala can also help connect patients to the appropriate laboratory services.
This means the journey does not stop at the doctor’s prescription, the next steps have already been built into the care pathway.
